Project Manager - Electrical

About the role

The Electrical Project Manager will lead industrial electrical projects from award through to successful completion, ensuring they meet cost, schedule, safety and quality targets. This role requires strong engineering knowledge and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams across Bahrain and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of engineering design, drawings and specifications.
• Develop project execution plans, establish schedules and allocate resources.
• Monitor project costs, productivity and overall progress.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain effective coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Prepare regular project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Take overall responsibility for managing industrial projects from award through completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5‑10 years of experience in industrial construction, shutdown or maintenance projects.
• Prior experience in heavy industrial projects is an advantage.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Willingness to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations and to join immediately or with a short notice period.
