Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our AECOM team in Manama, Bahrain. You will own moderately sized infrastructure projects, guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality results on time and within budget while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all operations and activities of assigned projects, aligning them with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Manage technical, financial, and client‑satisfaction aspects using consistent processes, tools, and best practices.
• Develop comprehensive project strategies, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and execute projects from inception to completion.
• Lead and mentor small to medium‑sized teams, including remote members and subcontractors, fostering collaboration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control project budgets, timelines, and resources, analyze risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet quality and financial targets.
• Monitor progress against metrics, identify issues early, and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to fulfill requirements and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and presentations that showcase progress, achievements, and lessons learned.
