Project Planner – Manufacturing & Construction

About the role

The Planner will estimate project timescales, develop detailed schedules, and ensure deadlines are met across joinery and furniture manufacturing projects. This role works closely with Setting‑Out, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and external clients to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating project timelines, baseline schedules, dashboards and tracking reports.
• Identify critical path activities, dependencies and potential bottlenecks.
• Act as a liaison between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Project Management and external parties.
• Support material and resource management by coordinating with the Material Engineer and Procurement team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and help resolve coordination issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and propose procedural innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling and operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out.
• Experience with Extension of Time techniques, baseline schedules, Earned Value Management and reporting.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 (preferred).
• MS Project.
