Project Scheduler – NSA Bahrain

About the role

The Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for KBR’s Exploration & Logistics operations at Naval Support Activity Bahrain. Working onsite in Manama, the scheduler ensures that all project activities align with scope, budget, and timeline requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, including work breakdown structures, activity sequencing, duration estimates, and resource allocation.
• Identify critical path activities and monitor schedule performance to meet project milestones.
• Track progress, analyze deviations, and highlight risks or delays to project managers and stakeholders.
• Align schedules with budgets and resource plans, recommending corrective actions and supporting recovery planning.
• Prepare regular schedule reports, progress updates, and forecasts for management.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and cross‑functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–8 years of experience in scheduling or project controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
