Projects Manager – Fit‑out & Construction

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects for retail stores, food & beverage outlets, hotels and commercial offices. Working independently, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering multiple projects on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender programmes and develop detailed construction schedules, including client procurement requirements.
• Define project objectives, site set‑up, logistics, scope, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Select and manage subcontractors, set performance targets and approve interim payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as joinery manufacturing in Bahrain to maximise resource efficiency.
• Oversee construction sites, monitor progress, ensure health and safety compliance and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and submit Operations & Maintenance manuals and manage project close‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fit‑out contracting, with at least 7‑8 years in the Middle East.
• Strong technical, execution and commercial abilities, especially in woodworking, joinery and timber manufacturing practices.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage large‑scale projects.
