Receptionist – Front Desk & Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑centric Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This full‑time position offers the chance to contribute directly to the success of our customer service operations and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and forward telephone calls in an orderly manner, maintaining accurate records.
• Greet and guide visitors, directing them to the appropriate channels without disrupting employees.
• Listen to visitor complaints and refer them to the correct department.
• Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
• Serve as the contact point for general maintenance enquiries and issues.
• Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and typing as needed.
• Receive and dispatch courier packages, ensuring timely delivery.
• Follow up with customers after service or sales visits and collect relevant data.
• Book service appointments and handle other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
