Regional Sales Manager – Central Asia and Caucasus Region

About the role

Pramac, a Generac Company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the expansion of Generac products across Central Asia and the Caucasus. You will identify market opportunities, build distribution networks, and manage relationships with partners and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities for Generac products in the region.
• Define and implement distribution structures and channel strategies.
• Attract, assess, and negotiate with potential partners across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Grow and maintain business with existing customers.
• Coordinate all transaction aspects, including sales, legal, credit/payment, logistics, and shipment.
• Lead marketing activities and promotional programs with customers.
• Provide sales training and world‑class customer support.
• Define product specifications and contribute to new product development business plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the industrial or power‑generation sector.
• International trade experience and knowledge of logistics and customs requirements.
• Familiarity with OEM/Dealer distribution models in the target markets.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 75% of the time.
