Reservation Agent

About the role

As a Reservation Agent you are the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they inquire about a stay. You will represent the hotel’s standards of service and help ensure each reservation aligns with the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging service to all guests.
• Maximize revenue through effective up‑selling and optimal room selection.
• Recommend hotel facilities and handle special guest requests.
• Process room reservations, maintain accurate rooming lists, and keep the reservation system up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Guest‑focused personality.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Opera or a comparable property management/reservation system.
