Restaurant Reservation Agent

About the role

The Restaurant Reservation Agent joins our Guest Service team to create memorable dining experiences for guests at our Manama property. You will handle reservations, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth service flow while upholding our high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the kitchen and service staff.
• Set up and maintain accurate reservation records and seating plans.
• Assist guests with seating, answer menu questions, and provide courteous service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reservation area and related workspaces.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality or customer‑service experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and carry objects as described.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; basic computer literacy is sufficient.
