Sales Administration Manager – Automotive

About the role

First Motors is looking for a seasoned Sales Administration Manager to lead its automotive sales administration team. The role ensures the end‑to‑end processing of vehicle sales, supporting the sales department and upholding high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and evaluate the sales administration team, managing daily activities and performance reviews.
• Oversee the complete sales administration workflow from order entry and contract creation to vehicle hand‑over.
• Guarantee accurate completion of all sales documentation, including financial agreements, registration forms and invoices, in line with legal and company requirements.
• Design and refine administrative processes to boost efficiency and better support the sales force.
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM and other internal systems, keeping records current.
• Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.
• Act as the primary liaison between sales and internal functions such as finance, logistics and after‑sales.
• Resolve escalated customer enquiries and administrative issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Administration Manager or senior administrator in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time‑management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.
• Knowledge of the Bahraini automotive market and regulations is a plus.
