Sales Administration Manager – Automotive

About the role

First Motors is looking for an experienced Sales Administration Manager to lead its automotive sales administration team. The role ensures smooth processing of vehicle sales, supports the sales department, and upholds high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor the sales administration team, overseeing daily operations and conducting performance reviews.
• Supervise the end‑to‑end sales administration process, from order entry and contract generation to final vehicle handover.
• Ensure all sales documentation—including financial agreements, registration forms and invoices—is accurate and complies with legal and company standards.
• Develop and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency and support the sales team.
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM and other company systems.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.
• Act as liaison between sales and internal teams such as finance, logistics and after‑sales.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to maintain optimal stock levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Administration Manager or senior administrative role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
• Exceptional organisational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of the Bahraini automotive market and regulations is a plus.
