Sales Administration Manager - Automotive

About the role

First Motors is looking for an experienced Sales Administration Manager to lead its automotive sales administration team. The role ensures smooth processing of vehicle sales, from order entry to hand‑over, while supporting high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and evaluate the sales administration team.
• Oversee the full sales administration cycle, including order entry, contract generation and vehicle delivery.
• Ensure all sales documentation (financial agreements, registration forms, invoices) is accurate and compliant.
• Develop and refine administrative processes to boost efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity in the CRM and other company systems.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.
• Coordinate with finance, logistics and after‑sales teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly.
• Monitor vehicle inventory and collaborate with relevant departments to optimise stock levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Administration Manager or senior administrative role in the automotive sector.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of the Bahraini automotive market and regulations is a plus.
