About the role
The Senior Forecourt Attendant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fuel station, ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the work of assigned Forecourt Attendants to maintain service standards.
- Refuel vehicles and provide routine servicing such as oil, water, and air.
- Sell dry merchandise and perform additional forecourt duties as required.
- Manage fuel replenishment in storage tanks, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
- Prepare inventory sheets, record timesheets, and verify storage availability.
- Handle cash inventory, execute opening and closing cash procedures accurately.
- Monitor and ensure adequate storage availability by tracking inventory levels and coordinating replenishment.
- Operate the station efficiently during assigned shifts, complying with company standards and policies.
