Sales Assistant – Retail Fashion (Al Seef, Bahrain)

About the role

The Sales Assistant will drive sales and deliver a memorable customer experience at Kiabi Fashion’s store in Al Seef, Bahrain. You will support daily operational duties and uphold store standards while representing a leading regional retail brand.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized store environment at all times.
• Greet customers warmly, share product information, and thank them sincerely to encourage repeat visits.
• Provide attentive service in fitting rooms, follow up promptly, and keep the cash wrap tidy.
• Process transactions efficiently, offer gift cards, and capture customer data.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or brand‑focused retail.
• Good understanding of fashion market trends and competitor activity.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and perform light‑to‑moderate lifting.
