Sales Coworker

About the role
Join IKEA as a Sales Coworker and help create a better everyday life for many people. You will use your knowledge of the product range, top‑sellers and local market to maximise sales while delivering an inspiring shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Actively approach and assist customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable home‑furnishing solutions.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, well‑priced and fully stocked sales area in line with IKEA merchandising standards.
- Promote IKEA’s services and tools, guiding customers through all sales and communication channels.
- Support the implementation of commercial activities and department action plans.
- Focus on top‑selling and priority products to maximise sales and profitability.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher.
- Confident English communication skills.
- Good understanding of the local market and customer behaviour.
- Positive attitude, proactive selling mindset and willingness to learn about IKEA products.
Required skills
- Knowledge of IKEA’s product range, including service products.
