Sales & Leasing Executive – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Sales & Leasing Executive will drive occupancy and rental income across the Facility Management portfolio in Bahrain. The role combines strong commercial drive, disciplined CRM tracking and accountability to weekly and monthly targets, requiring active lead generation, broker and corporate networking, property viewings and lease conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, broker relationships, corporate outreach and networking.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, understand prospect requirements and match clients with suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Prepare and issue offers, negotiate within approved commercial parameters and guide prospects to lease closure.
• Maintain disciplined follow‑up and record all activities in the CRM, tracking leads, viewings, offers and conversions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on sales and leasing experience in Bahrain’s real‑estate market.
• Established network of corporate clients, brokers and prospective tenants, able to generate opportunities from day one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to produce accurate sales‑pipeline and activity reports.
