Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the hotel’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth across all market segments. You will work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to create and execute plans that increase market share and enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, set targets and ensure successful execution.
• Identify process‑optimization opportunities, apply best practices and innovate sales approaches.
• Prospect new and existing accounts through phone calls, site visits, and written communication.
• Oversee all sales operations to maximize revenue across all channels and segments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand market share.
• Engage clients, understand their needs, deliver product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay informed on regional and international market developments and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s services and offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hotel Management.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar sales role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel features, benefits and competitor landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
