About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to lead revenue generation for a modern 5‑star boutique hotel in Bahrain. The successful candidate will combine commercial acumen with hospitality expertise to drive growth across a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial planning and performance strategies.
- Lead sales and business development initiatives to acquire new accounts.
- Manage marketing, public relations and partnership activities.
- Coordinate internal service delivery and ensure seamless stakeholder engagement.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of hotel sales and marketing experience, including at least two years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving measurable revenue results.
- Experience in luxury, lifestyle or boutique hotels is preferred.
- Gulf region experience and fluency in Arabic.
- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
