Sales Officer

About the role

Our client, a leading real‑estate developer in Bahrain, is seeking a Sales Officer to support the Executive Director of Sales and Marketing in driving project sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Director with sales, marketing and communication project management.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies for real‑estate projects.
• Participate in closing project sales and oversee broker appointments and third‑party agreements.
• Prepare and manage sales & marketing budgets for individual projects.
• Administer the division’s budget, monitor expenditures, develop policies, maintain records and present reports to senior management.
• Identify and correct deviations from financial budgets.
• Coordinate events and public‑relations programs aligned with company strategy.
• Research market trends and prepare reports for the Executive Director.
• Undertake additional duties and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing qualification.
• 5‑10 years of experience in real‑estate sales, preferably on large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to assess critical issues, drive business change and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commercial/project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
