SAP Consultant – SD & Service Modules

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to manage and optimise our SAP landscape in Manama. You will work closely with business units to design, implement and support SAP solutions that drive efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for sales, service and other functional areas.
• Configure SAP SD and CS modules, including sales orders, contracts, pricing, billing, service notifications and repair orders.
• Lead full‑lifecycle implementations – design, build, test and go‑live.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, FI, PS and external systems.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, incident resolution and system upgrades.
• Create functional specifications, test cases and user documentation.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end‑users.
• Support data migration and SAP Notes application.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven SAP consulting experience, focusing on SD and Service modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
