SAP Consultant (SD & Service Modules)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to manage and optimise our SAP environment in Manama. The role will focus on the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service (CS) modules, ensuring they support our business processes efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, analyse processes, identify gaps and propose SAP‑based solutions for sales, service and other functional areas.
• Configure and design SAP SD/CS components such as sales orders, contracts, pricing, billing, service notifications and repair orders.
• Lead or participate in full‑lifecycle implementations, including design, build, testing and go‑live activities.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PS) and external systems.
• Provide expert support, resolve incidents and manage post‑go‑live issues.
• Create functional specifications, test cases and user documentation.
• Train end‑users, conduct workshops and communicate with stakeholders.
• Assist in system upgrades, apply SAP Notes and support data migration projects.
• Integrate SAP with non‑SAP applications and cloud services to enable end‑to‑end processes.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of proven experience in SAP consulting, specifically with SAP SD and Service (CS) modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
