Security Guard

About the role

Join Hempel’s security team to protect people, property and company operations. You will monitor access points, conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents to ensure a safe and secure workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Control access for people, vehicles and materials.
• Conduct patrols and report risks, unsafe conditions or suspicious activities.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms and other security systems.
• Inspect gates, doors, windows and fencing to verify security.
• Manage visitor registration and issue passes.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, fire alarms and security breaches.
• Maintain records of visitors, patrols and incidents.
• Support investigations and verify contractor permits.
• Follow HSE requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• High school education; security certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security, safety or facility monitoring.
• Physically fit, reliable, professional and able to work shifts.
• Arabic and English language skills are an advantage.

Required skills

• CCTV operation.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
