Security Guard

About the role

Nass Industrial Services is hiring a Security Guard in Al Hidd. The guard protects company personnel, assets, equipment, facilities and project sites by monitoring access, carrying out security checks, keeping records and following company security procedures to ensure a safe workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to company premises, workshops, camps and project sites.
• Verify the identity of employees, visitors, contractors and suppliers entering or leaving.
• Carry out routine patrols and inspections to protect company property and assets.
• Maintain gate logs, visitor records and vehicle movement registers.
• Report suspicious activity, security breaches, accidents or safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and site regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms and incidents, and assist in crowd control and traffic management when needed.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report unusual activity.
• Coordinate with supervisors, management and emergency services when necessary.
• Check materials, equipment and tools entering or leaving the facility.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security services or a similar role.
• Experience in industrial, construction or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand and patrol for long periods.
