Security Supervisor – Resort Hotel (Pre-opening)

About the role

As a Security Supervisor for our resort hotel, you will lead the security team during the pre‑opening phase, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, staff and property. You will oversee daily security operations, train personnel, manage incident response and work closely with other hotel departments to integrate security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers, fostering teamwork, accountability and excellence.
• Oversee day‑to‑day security operations and ensure compliance with established protocols.
• Conduct regular briefings, debriefings and ongoing training for security personnel.
• Perform regular patrols and supervise CCTV and surveillance system operations.
• Lead response to security incidents, coordinate investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Manage access control systems, permissions and verification for restricted areas.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to address security concerns and integrate measures seamlessly.

Required profile

• Education: High school diploma.
