Senior DocuSign CLM Developer – Banking (Remote, Bahrain)

About the role

Our client, a leading banking institution in Bahrain, is seeking a Senior DocuSign Developer to lead the design, implementation and integration of DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions across its digital banking operations. The role involves working closely with IT, business analysts and compliance teams to ensure secure, regulatory‑compliant document workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions aligned with banking workflows.
• Integrate DocuSign APIs with core banking systems, CRM platforms and third‑party applications.
• Configure and customise DocuSign templates, workflows and automated routing processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams and compliance stakeholders to meet regulatory and operational standards.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation of DocuSign integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation for all configurations, integrations and enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on the DocuSign platform.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on DocuSign development and API integration experience.
• Background in banking or financial services is mandatory.
• Familiarity with banking compliance, data privacy and security frameworks.
• Valid work authorisation for Bahrain and ability to work onsite.
