Senior DocuSign CLM Developer – Banking (Remote)

About the role

Our client, a leading banking institution in Bahrain, is looking for a Senior DocuSign Developer to lead the design, implementation, and integration of DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions across its digital banking platform. The role is remote, with occasional onsite collaboration in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions that align with banking workflows.
• Integrate DocuSign APIs with core banking systems, CRM platforms, and third‑party applications.
• Configure and customize DocuSign templates, workflows, and automated routing processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and compliance stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimise performance of DocuSign integrations.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all configurations and enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on DocuSign usage.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on DocuSign development and API integration experience.
• Background in banking or financial services is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of banking compliance, data privacy, and security frameworks.
• Legal right to work in Bahrain and ability to attend onsite sessions when required.

Required skills

• REST API development and integration.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for custom integrations.
