Senior F&B Service Expert – Cantina Kahlo

About the role

The Senior F&B Service Expert will create memorable dining experiences for guests at Cantina Kahlo, the Mexican restaurant within The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain. You will combine attentive service, precise table setting, and seamless coordination with the kitchen to ensure every meal feels part of a unique hospitality journey.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen promptly.
• Serve food and beverages, interact with guests, and address any service needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, service stations, and dining room.
• Uphold safety, quality, and uniform standards throughout the shift.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
