Senior Supervisor – Cantina Kahlo

About the role

The Cantina Kahlo Mexican Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the front‑of‑house team, ensure seamless service, and uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to work as a cohesive team, delivering optimal service and meeting guest needs.
• Inspect grooming, attire, and overall appearance of team members, correcting any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the venue.
• Maintain organized storage areas, enforce FIFO practices, and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct inventories, stock supplies, and requisition necessary items.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and report safety concerns.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
