Senior Logistics Performance Analyst

About the role

Talabat is seeking a senior analyst to drive logistics performance across the country. You will monitor key operational metrics, build analytical reports and dashboards, and provide insights that shape business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Report and monitor KPIs and service level agreements to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyse large, complex data sets to identify logistics performance issues.
• Develop and present data‑driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Use statistical models and research to detect trends and forecast future performance.
• Create and enhance data visualisation tools and dashboards.
• Lead performance‑management projects, including post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, STEM or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytical roles, preferably in tech start‑ups or pricing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
