Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Albayan Perfumes is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media initiatives across the GCC. Based in Bahrain, you will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other performance platforms, driving revenue growth and improving ROAS.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns on multiple channels.
• Manage advertising budgets, monitor spend and ensure efficient allocation.
• Analyse campaign data, generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, audiences and campaign structures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E‑commerce and Customer Service teams to align objectives.
• Develop audience segmentation, remarketing strategies and conversion‑rate optimisation tactics.
• Stay updated on digital‑marketing trends, platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Proven track record managing Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat paid media.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budget management, attribution analysis and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
