Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from client hand‑over to site completion, working independently with minimal supervision. This position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to coordinate multiple disciplines on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project on site, from possession to handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
• Maximise resource efficiency across labour, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate construction progress records.
• Oversee construction sites, manage vendors and trades, and ensure continuous client communication.
• Implement project management controls covering cost, time, quality, contract, and safety.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of relevant experience in fit‑out or construction engineering.
• Proven technical and execution abilities.
• Experience with professional fit‑out contracting firms and in‑house workforces.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multinational environment.
• Valid local driving licence.
