Senior Project Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead fast‑track fit‑out projects from client handover to site completion with minimal supervision. The role requires end‑to‑end management of project scope, schedule, resources and quality while maintaining strong client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Take possession of units from clients and manage the entire site delivery to handover.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedules and performance requirements.
• Maximise resource efficiency across labour, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction activities.
• Maintain accurate construction progress records and oversee vendors and trades.
• Implement project controls covering cost, time, quality, contract and safety management.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in similar project engineering roles.
• Strong technical and execution abilities.
• Experience with professional fit‑out contracting companies and in‑house workforces.
• Excellent communication skills for multinational environments.
• Valid local driving licence.
