Senior Retail Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Retail Sales Executive – Automotive to join our thriving team in Bahrain. This full‑time position will lead our showroom sales, driving both new and pre‑owned vehicle revenue while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from initial customer contact to finalising the sale.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for new and pre‑owned vehicles.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle features, financing options and market trends.
• Mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and supporting their development.
• Maintain a professional showroom environment that reflects company standards.
• Conduct complex negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure timely completion of all sales documentation and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in automotive retail, preferably in a senior role.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong knowledge of automotive products, technology and the Bahrain market.
• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset and passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.
