Senior Sales Manager – Catalysts & Technology (Bahrain)

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead catalyst and technology sales for refining and chemicals within the downstream oil and gas sector in Bahrain. Reporting to regional leadership, you will drive growth across the Middle East and Central Asia (MECA) by expanding market presence and delivering innovative, sustainability‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives for catalysts and technology targeting refining and chemicals customers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue in the MECA region.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and align solutions with the global energy transition.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver customer‑centric, innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of sales and business development experience in the downstream oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record in catalyst and technology sales for refining and chemicals.
• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• Deep knowledge of the MECA market and local business environment.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
