Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end execution across multiple fit‑out sites. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure projects stay on schedule, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys and supervise interior finish setting‑out/marking.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities with quantity take‑off and specifications.
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor workers and subcontractors across trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant).
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; raise immediate alerts for discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents.
• Liaise with factory teams for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client site meetings with the PM, record discussions, and act on agreed actions.
• Maintain daily timesheets, work extended hours as needed, and verify as‑built quantities for final accounts.
• Prepare O&M manuals and provide guidance to the project team.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with professional contracting firms.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and coordinate multidisciplinary trades.
• Successful delivery of projects in hospitality, high‑end residential, retail, entertainment, health, education, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution capabilities.
