Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end execution across multiple fit‑out sites. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure projects stay on schedule, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys and supervise interior finish setting‑out and marking.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities with quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Create and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor workers and subcontractors across trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant).
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; raise immediate alerts for discrepancies or incidents.
• Liaise with factory teams for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and record action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets, work extended hours when required, and verify as‑built quantities for final accounts.
• Prepare O&M manuals and provide guidance to the project team.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of fit‑out experience with professional contracting firms.
• Proven track record on diverse projects such as hospitality, high‑end residential, retail, and education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution abilities.
• Solid understanding of all trades involved in fit‑out, including MEP.
