Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Site Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end fit‑out activities across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, external stakeholders, and on‑site trades to drive successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys, setting out, and interior finish marking for all assigned projects.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with detailed quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Plan, allocate, and supervise workers and charge hands based on project needs.
• Coordinate with MEP, mall, landlord, tenant, and other trade teams on site.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance, reporting any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with factory teams for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager, record discussions, and act on agreed actions.
• Maintain daily timesheets for site personnel and manage extended work hours when required.
• Validate as‑built quantities from subcontractors and prepare final account reports.
• Compile Operation & Maintenance manuals and provide guidance to the project team.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Successful delivery of projects across hospitality, retail, residential, education, health, and entertainment sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution capabilities.
