SEO Specialist

About the role

The SEO Specialist will develop and execute optimisation strategies to boost website visibility, organic traffic and search rankings. You will work closely with content, design and development teams to ensure SEO best‑practice is embedded across all digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, analyse search intent and build keyword strategies aligned with business goals.
• Optimise on‑page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image attributes and internal linking.
• Support technical SEO tasks including site architecture review, crawlability, indexing, mobile usability and structured data implementation.
• Monitor organic performance using analytics and SEO tools, track ranking changes and produce regular performance reports.
• Analyse competitor activity, backlink profiles, content gaps and user behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with SEO audits, link‑building campaigns, local SEO initiatives, website migrations and algorithm updates.

Required profile

• Analytical and detail‑oriented with a strong curiosity for digital data.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and communicating technical concepts clearly.
