About the role
First Motors is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join its team in Sitrah, Bahrain. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their automotive needs, and advise on repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates, documenting customer requests and vehicle details.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to schedule and monitor repairs.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and handle queries or complaints professionally.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
