Service Engineer – Industrial Automation

About the role

The Service Engineer will deliver after‑sales support for Yokogawa industrial automation solutions at the Pakistan branch. The role involves on‑site installations, modifications, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute installations, online modifications, and application change requests according to work orders and customer contracts.
• Respond to trouble tickets, provide on‑site service, restore equipment functionality and meet SLA commitments.
• Perform preventive maintenance, service actions and routine tasks as required by customers and contracts.
• Provide technical support to recover from system failures and conduct regular maintenance.
• Promote sales of services and spare parts to customers.
• Report job status to the team leader and follow up to close service issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical or Mechatronics engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in industrial automation control systems, preferably with Yokogawa DCS (CS3000) and ESD (Prosafe RS) systems.
• Knowledge of Foundation Fieldbus is advantageous.
