Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the execution of construction projects at an assigned site. The role involves coordinating vendors, subcontractors and labour, ensuring work is completed on schedule and reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set‑out interior finishes.
• Develop and maintain work programmes using MS Project.
• Prepare daily site reports with progress photos and submit to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate and supervise workers and charge‑hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant) and monitor safety and first‑aid compliance.
• Report any discrepancies, emergencies or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and record action items.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all workers.
• Work extended hours, weekends or night shifts when required.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision or similar construction roles.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong ability to manage labour daily and prioritize tasks.
• Detail‑oriented, action‑driven and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Word.
• Ability to create schedules in Microsoft Project.
