Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead all on‑site activities for assigned construction projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and labour teams while providing regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and set‑out/mark interior finishes.
• Develop and maintain work programmes and schedules, preferably using MS Project.
• Prepare daily and regular site reports with progress photos and submit them to the Project Manager.
• Plan, delegate, and supervise workers and charge hands according to project needs.
• Coordinate with multiple trades on site, including MEP, mall, landlord, and tenant teams.
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; report any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents immediately.
• Liaise with the factory team for manufacturing and delivery of joinery items.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager, record discussions, and act on agreed points.
• Maintain daily timesheets for all workers.
• Work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required.
• Verify as‑built quantities from subcontractors and submit final reports for account settlement.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in site supervision or similar construction roles.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Strong ability to work with CAD, Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Action‑oriented, detail‑focused, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent teamwork and customer‑service mindset.
