Social Media Content Creator & Videographer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator & Videographer to join MATRIX’s on‑site team in Manama. The role blends storytelling, visual production and strategic thinking to turn brand ideas, events and campaigns into compelling short‑form content for a variety of digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and content plans tailored to each social media channel.
• Film and edit short‑form videos such as reels, campaign clips, event coverage, interviews and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Capture high‑quality photography for social media, campaigns and client activations.
• Write engaging captions and short‑form copy that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers and clients to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Support scheduling and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and other platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and propose ideas to boost engagement, reach and relevance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, new formats and platform best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating social‑media content, videography and photography in an agency or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to composition, lighting, framing and movement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Video editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut.
• Graphic and photo design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X.
• Videography and photography techniques.
