Social Media Manager – Remote (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

Compliance.bh is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to shape the digital presence of a fast‑growing specialist advisory and AI‑enabled compliance brand. Working remotely, you will collaborate directly with senior industry experts and the founder to turn complex compliance topics into engaging content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑platform social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube).
• Create posts, articles, carousels, graphics, infographics and short‑form videos/reels.
• Design professional visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Edit video content with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule and publish material.
• Grow audience engagement organically and support employer‑branding campaigns.
• Monitor analytics, report performance and recommend improvements.
• Translate technical compliance content into compelling social media campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong LinkedIn and YouTube content creation and marketing background.
• Excellent written English and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proven track record of growing professional or specialist brands.
