Sponsorship Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sponsorship Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sponsorship lifecycle for our construction‑focused organization. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, working closely with project, commercial and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies, procedures, standards and governance aligned with project objectives.
• Identify prospects, prepare proposals, negotiate and execute sponsorship agreements.
• Oversee activation, performance monitoring, renewals and final settlement of sponsorship contracts.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Design, consultants and executive leadership.
• Administer sponsorship programs across corporate partners, brands, media, event and supplier partners.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, branding requirements and performance standards.
• Manage sponsorship packages, benefits, activation requirements, branding rights and related financial reconciliations.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior professional with proven experience in sponsorship or partnership management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate complex agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
