About the role
The Staff Accommodation In Charge will oversee employee accommodation operations for a leading hotel group in Bahrain, ensuring effective coordination, maintenance and smooth day‑to‑day facility management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage allocation and occupancy of staff housing units.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests to keep facilities in optimal condition.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hospitality standards.
- Liaise with hotel management and staff to resolve accommodation‑related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of accommodation inventory and usage.
- Supervise housekeeping and upkeep of staff accommodation areas.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 1 year experience in staff accommodation or employee housing management.
- Strong coordination and administrative abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely with hotel management and staff.
- Hospitality or accommodation management background preferred.
