In-Villa Dining Waiter – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the inaugural Raffles property in Bahrain as an In‑Villa Dining Waiter, delivering personalized in‑room food and beverage service to guests staying in ultra‑luxury private pool villas. You will ensure every dining experience is seamless, memorable and reflects the brand’s legendary hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide expert recommendations on dishes, ingredients and wine pairings.
• Set up, serve and clear meals according to departmental standards, maintaining proper table settings, portion control and hygiene.
• Operate and drive a buggy to deliver and collect orders across the property, adhering to safety and traffic regulations.
• Promote additional F&B services, identify upselling opportunities and report guest feedback or complaints to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trolleys, workstations and storage areas, following HACCP and food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as an In‑Room Dining Waiter or F&B Server in a 5‑star luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to lift trays/trolleys and work outdoors in heat.
• Strong knowledge of menu ingredients, wine pairing and upselling techniques.
