STEM Instructor – Robotics & Coding for Children

About the role

Advanced Horizon’s RoboThink division is looking for a friendly and patient STEM Instructor to deliver hands‑on robotics and coding sessions to children aged 4‑14 across schools, holiday camps and public programs in Bahrain. No prior technical background is required – full curriculum training and certification will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver RoboThink robotics and coding sessions to mixed‑age groups.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain robotics kits, laptops and program materials.
• Support school programs, summer camps and occasional weekend events.
• Communicate professionally with parents, school staff and the operations team.

Required profile

• Genuine ability to connect with and motivate children.
• Patience, positivity and composure in an active classroom.
• Strong reliability, punctuality and confidence presenting to groups.
• Willingness to learn robotics and coding; full training provided.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Bahrain residency or right to work in Bahrain.
