Store Manager (Female)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead a retail outlet to achieve sales targets while delivering the highest level of customer service. The role involves overseeing daily operations, implementing brand standards, and promoting the company’s loyalty program to drive repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and motivate staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and fashion trends to minimise stock loss and enhance suggestive selling.
• Implement operating procedures, visual‑merchandising standards and brand policies throughout the store.
• Manage stockrooms, ensure optimal inventory levels and conduct weekly audits of store administration.
• Supervise staff rosters, handle leave requests, grievances and performance feedback.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase repeat sales.
• Maintain store security vigilance and report any issues to the Area and Operations Managers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end store operations, including visual merchandising, customer service and loss prevention.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a fashionable, well‑groomed appearance.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and product lines.
• Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting.
• Excellent communication skills to brief and guide retail staff.
• Ability to analyse sales data and provide actionable feedback to management.
