Store Manager – Jewellery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑performing jewellery boutique in Bahrain. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with deep knowledge of 22K and 18K gold, as well as diamond jewellery, to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a premium customer experience.
• Lead, motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to build loyalty and retention.
• Prepare and analyse store performance reports, KPIs and operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Head Office on marketing initiatives, promotions and operational updates.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in jewellery retail, with 2–3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
• Strong exposure to gold jewellery retailing, diamonds or traditional gold product categories.
• Experience in GCC or high‑volume jewellery stores is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication and people‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English; Hindi and/or Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
